Pac made Larios move up two weight clases (from 122 to 130) RIGHT AFTER HE WAS KO'D IN 3 ROUNDS BY IZZY VAZQUEZ! Not only that, Pac couldn't even KO him! He won a decision against a guy who had been KO'd in 3 rounds 2 weight classes below in his last fight!
Why does Floyd get **** for not KOing Marquez? Marquez has NEVER been KO'd, Floyd was coming off a 2-year layoff, and he is a a BOXER, not a PUNCHER like Pac. Oh, did I mention JMM was ranked #2 p4p?
Do you people (especially *******s) really think what Floyd/JMM even begins to compare with the Pac/Larios situation?
when pacquiao fought larios at 130 he only had 3 fights at 130. that was his highest weight when he met larios. floyd has had 3 fights at 140, 5 fights at 147, & 1 fight at 154 where he won a title.
Larios is taller than pacquiao & has a longer reach than pacquiao at 5'7 69 inch reach compared to manny at 5'6 1/2 with 67 inch reach.
Floyd is 5'8 with a 72 inch reach compared to marquez who was 5'6 1/2 with a 67 inch reach 36 years old with 55 plus fights vs larios who was still in his late 20s when he fought pacquiao & went on to win 7 more fights & capture a featherweight title.
Damn, if getting KO'd two weight classes below makes you a live underdog, JMM (being the #2 P4Per and coming off 2 KOs) should have been the favorite against Floyd, who was coming off a 2-year layoff.
that was what most observers at that time was saying, larios was draining himself at 122 and 130 was closer to his natural weight ...
i think the let down of Floyd-JMM was it was sold as a Real fight (Numero Uno) not as tune-up or the "comeback fight of floyd" better title should have been return of the king or something ...
What's more interesting is that Pacquiao could only muster a draw against the much smaller Sanchez, yet Guzman was able to dominate him and win by TKO.
WTF are you smokin dude?
did u even watched the Sanchez fight? he resorts to dirty tactics coz
he's afraid of Pac
