The Spence fight wasn't made because of Al. Shouldn't we turn it around and say "If Crawford is willing to work with Shady Al again"?

For a very niche sport which is shrinking this is only going to hurt more.
Agreed on your points, too. And besides scheduling stuff on the same dates, no "side of the street" is willing to work with the other side unless in extreme money-maker situations (Fury-Wilder, Tank-Kingry) or mandated fights (which they tend to back out of those, too). So, ALL of these promoters and platforms are hurting the sport with that nonsense. They need to figure it out for the overall benefit of boxing. It shouldn't be that difficult.

Yeah, I really like the entire card. 3 of my favorite prospects are taking step up fights. Xayas is probably my favorite prospect right now and I expect big things in the future from Davis. Anderson I'm still gauging his ceiling but forrest is a decent step up. As far as the Crawford ppv, I can't believe anyone would buy that crap unless they're from Nebraska. It's so bad it makes ruiz/Ortiz & wilder/helenious look decent by comparison. This honestly has to b in the running for worst ppv ever.

Bud should win easily ,there really not much to say ,expecting no surprises like most here ,fight has no attraction ppv numbers most likely will be low.

Great thing its ufc 282 this weekend also with a legit amazing card worthy watch it entirely since I missed all last weekend action being out.

I'll record the ESPN card, too, but I'd rather watch Bud fight basically anybody vs Teofimo fight Sandor Martin in a snooze-fest. Plus, I'm looking forwarding to listening to Paulie call a fight again. I'm still irritated at Showtime for letting him go. Abner Mares is okay, but Paulie is a great color commentator.

Last thoughts on the Crawford-Spence fight not getting made yet: I think PBC is hurting for $. Why else would there only be basically two cards on the upcoming schedule: Tank vs Hector Garcia (and we know Tank is a good PPV draw, though I don't buy his fights) and Mell vs. Tszyu, which was just announced? I think that's why Haymon didn't want to give any guarantees and whatnot, kept pushing the fight date back, etc.
So let me get this correct. You would rather pay 40$ to watch only one nonmeaningful fight in Bud vs David I-BE-SNEEZIN over a very good card on ESPN that features former unified champ Teo vs Sandor Martin (dominated Mikey), Jared Anderson, Xander Zayas and Keyshawn Davis for free. Then you say PBC is hurting for money because Tank and Mell are the only fights on the schedule. Huh? You do know there is a good Showtime scrap next Saturday 12/17 Lil Ali vs Frank Martin - Matias vs Ponce for IBF 140 title 2/11/23 in Minnesota - Benevidez vs Plant march '23. More fights being lined up as we speak You do know that right? RIGHT? You look on the espn.com boxing schedule and from now until March there are no DAZN/GBP American fights on the schedule. There are only Showtime and ESPN fights. I'm sure you researched that before you put that post up right? RIGHT? So please tell me again who is hurting for money. You guys are too easy.

How? They didn’t walk away from the negotiations to go fight Broner? Btw, Bud will be fighting Broner in his next fight and I bet you will rave about how good Broner is.
Crawford killed the fight by talking about a ghost $50 million offer without offering any transparency

Khan and then Brook and now according to BLK, Bud will be fighting Broner in his next fight. Great fight I bet.

My assessment is that the current powers that be in boxing didn't want to make an undisputed Spence - Crawford fight, and now they're trying to hamper the BLK Prime event with multiple events on the same day.

If you made up your own mind based off the lies that Bud spit out then you're just as dumb as he is. He told you guys that while he was negotiating with Al he was also secretly negotiating with BLKprime behind his back. That tells you he was not seriously considering the fight. Good I'm glad the powers that be in America (Al and Bob) are trying to destroy this fight because these apps are like little kamakazis that's blowing up what little semblance of boxing structure we have left in America. The only thing we can hope for is Bob Al and Oscar comes together and make this shyte work!
