What higher level of competition, he arguably lost against every ranked opponent he fought. Garcia has at least beaten the ranked opponents he has faced.

Tank gave up 3 rounds to Rolly, I'm sure Garcia can get 4 off him if the fight makes it to the late rounds.

Barrios has shown more faucets and a more complete game in losing to a former unified champion and world champion than Ryan did in winning efforts against a career LW at 140 and a british contender.....IMO

You said it, gave up 3 rounds, that's not the same as losing them.

Ryan is more orthodox and predictable they often turn out to be easier to get to, I think it depends how Tank wants to fight the fight if he boxes he might be losing on the cards, if he fights aggressively, he might put Ryan into a shell, at some point Ryan is going to get tagged he fights too upright and his head is out there to be caught.

To be fair Fortuna was the one who couldn't make the weight. And Campbell based on all criteria was a world contender not just a British contender. I don't really rank the Fortuna win that high but the Campbell win was legit and leagues better than Barrios getting his face busted up by Akhmedov.

I expect a pretty even fight before a explosive stoppage victory for either of the two fighters.

Barrios hasn't really demonstrated said skills so far, at least not against Karl, Akhmedov and Thurman. Difficult to make him out to be this technically sound fighter when he went life and death whenever he stepped up.
