That probably wasn't his point. How many active fighters have? "Elite pound for pound" fighters by definition are hard to come by. Full appraisal of a fighter's career is reserved until the end.
I know you probably think you're being a hard nosed realist or something, but you just come across as another miserable boxing fan who should probably watch something else.Comment

No, you’re absolutely right. A win over a quality opponent is still good regardless if he’s in the p4p list or not. We’re in a different era of boxing now. It’s near impossible to have a resume full of wins against elite p4p fighters. Benavidez has a chance to make a statement against Plant and he is probably the second best fighter in the division.Comment
