If Tank is officially no longer with Mayweather Promotions like he says, how is this fight happening then? They spent all this time negotiating, so how is it on if he's out?
So I guess Ryan vs Tank is DOA?

He has his own promotional company dude, but I think GDK or whatever it's called is promoting the Hector Garcia fight. Basically PBC is promoting the fight.... -
Showtime/PBC/GTD will be the promoters on his behalf. Funny how all we heard was that Ryan and Oscar didn't want this fight yet 2 fights in without May and Ellerbe promoting Tank, there's a good chance this fight happens.Comment

Calm down homeskillet, I want to fight to happen. Just an oberservation based on recent events. Funny how the hater drinking haterade is calling everyone else a hater.

Mayweather Promotions tried to make this fight twice already. Now Floyd not being involved is probably what brought Oscar to the table.Comment

I'm only aware of the time Ryan left the 'talks",as it was nothing more than that no offer or anything concrete, to purse a pac fight that Sean Gibbons led him to believe he legitimately had a shot at landing. Can't fault him there as everyone in and around that weight class would've thrown thier mom out the passenger door to land...well maybe except for Spence.
Has Ryan ever turned down on offer once, let alone twice that I'm not aware of?
Going off of facts here
Mayweather has 1.stated its "all in-house for Tank" and 2. As soon as Mayweather is out of the picture, the fight looks like it's happening. One can only come to conclude that Mayweather was the primary reason Tank vs Ryan,or any legitimate threat for Tank for that matter, never happened. That is until now.Comment

When Mayweather said in-house he meant come to Showtime and that’s what Ryan did. It’s not like Cruz or Barrios were signed with Mayweather Promotions. The best way to screw over Floyd is for Oscar to make the fight without him. Genius for once by Oscar.
