Chocolatito has been with Teiken for a long time. Mr. Honda see's it as disrespectful to Feed his veteran fighter and Friend to a young gun like Bam.

Mr. Honda prefers him and Bam don't fight each other.
Which is why Bam moved back down in weight and Junto moved up.
Junto also wanted the Chocolatito fight but was shot down by Honda.

At this point, Bam probably stops Chocolatito. I have no idea why anyone wants to see it after Saturday night.. The fight was obviously close saturday, but Bam seriously ***s him up at this point.
