Pacquiao’s relatively short of height and arm and he’s not the best at cutting off the ring. Those are his weaknesses.

I was going to say inside fighting, getting roughed up, lateral movement and good counterpunching (with great timing).

Got saved vs Agapito Sanchez. He roughed up Pacquiao.

While I thought he won the fight vs Horn, I felt Horn beat him up on the inside. But Pacquiao won because he landed more and did more damage. Still, a guy like Horn had no business doing that to Pacquiao. He did it due to inside fighting.

We also saw him get schooled multiple times and KO’ed vs JMM due to good counterpunching and timing.

Same vs Mayweather. Probably Pacquiao’s worst performance at the top level at his peak. Even vs JMM in the KO loss, Pacquiao was actually doing well before the KO. He was never doing vs Mayweather. At no point of the fight.
