He did just that and put a beatdown on Wilder while taking little punishment with the exception of the knockdown punches. Ditto in the 3rd with a more savage brutal beatdown of Wilder. Fury did not take a “beating” in any of the three. Taking a couple of flush shots and getting knockdown is not a beating.

Hitting while not getting hit is not backing up. He was more defensive and accurate. Simply the better boxer, also landing more punches in the process.
