    I feel it's Shakur.

Hard to pick between Tank and Haney. I went with Tank...

I'd say Shakur but he hasn't fought at 135 so i don't count him yet, Teo and Garcia has moved up, Kambosos got schooled by Haney twice, it definitely isn't Cruz, I haven't seen Loma's last fight but apparently he didn't look that good then. Tank doesn't have big win at 135 so is it Haney?

Probably Haney right now. Lomachenko fight clears the positions more for both of them. Shakur yet has to fight there but of course has the potential to be the best. Tank is up there and is better than Cruz.

If the Bob Father doesn't player hate as usual and Cabbage Patch fights, Shakur will clean out the division. Massive advantage training with Crawford and Ward (See a lot of his style in Shakur)

In terms of raw ability I’d go Shakur. I’d pick him to beat any of the guys in the poll.

However, in terms of who holds the belts and who is the official #1 it’s currently Haney.
