Just when you think it could not get more pathetic - Eddie opens his mouth. All but a confession both his main attractions are a mentally and athletically spent force and he’s going to suck every last quid from them and the sucker British sports fan

Whyte was getting beat to the punch all night by this smaller busier fighter who seemed unlucky not to get the nod.Franklin is no big hitter but gave a decent account of himself , having said that he's nothing special and neither is Whyte who seems to have gone backwards. Hearn should make the Joshua v Whyte fight that is okay but not top drawer as the division stands.Stop using Wilders name who Joshua is never going to fight and get on with putting Joshua back in with the softer opponents that he has been used to fighting. Leave the rest to the big boys!

AJ needs to just be more active. He typically nowadays fights twice a year but maybe has to fight three times. Since fighting Ruiz twice in 2019 (the first being a 9 month layoff from the Povetkin victory) he has only fought once a year since.

All boxers should be fighting at least three times a year, the once/twice a year schedule is a relatively new phenomenon. Especially if we're serious about the "four belt era", with all those mandatories, boxers will need to fight more frequently.
