He worked on his craft and it showed. Still fights like he thinks he's got one punch ko power. His chin isn't up in the air anymore "..take notes Stylebender, 2 defeats because of that one flaw.."

Lopez makes him quit. It could get ugly after that if Prograis completely gives up and acts like the older Benavides..

Prograis got busted up by Zepeda you idiot. He was bleeding from his nose, eye, and dream and almost got stopped in the 10th before he cracked Zepeda with his head. Watch the fight

Yeah he did get cracked with a nasty headbutt that a lot of people aren't mentioning, but to be fair Zepeda only won a few rounds at most and yeah he had a great round 10 but he needed that a lot earlier as he looked lost starting from the 2nd round, he had the speed he just couldn't time Prograis who uses a lot of waist movement.

Both are good fighters and Prograis was the better man I was rooting for Zepeda but you just have to call it like it is man. Prograis can compete with anyone at 140 he's already shown that.

lol we'll see how many 3 piece he can take before it turns into a pose fest.. acting like punches don't hurt.

I want Prograis to win, but Lopez is going to jump on this fight before Prograis can learn and take the next step. Prograis loves Hagler and needs fight like him. He's a brutal bone crusher not a one punch ko artist. Prograis started boxing late.. put in the work unlike Wilder, but still learning.

Hell of a fight. It seemed the key (as I saw it) was Prograis left coming over Zepada’s jab
PLUS Prograis has hell of a chin

I would definitely favor Prograis in that fight…especially if he can catch Lopez before he fully adjusts to 140. I mean Prograis is a huge 140 fighter, and I just don’t see Lopez being able to hurt him and don’t see Lopez successfully fighting off his back foot for 12 rounds.

Regis is always a tough out. He is a high risk, low reward opponent. I attended his fight against Joel Diaz Jr. and he was very impressive. He is always in shape and puts on a good show. Cong**** to him and best of luck in the future!
