It was the shameless british sports media that was perpetrating that fraud about hatton fighting for p4p 1#. No american boxing journalist ever dared write let alone mention Hatton being p4p 1# if he ever beat pacquiao.

As for mr.counterfeit cash beating 2# p4p marquez, that's exactly what he tried to do in selecting a 36 year old w/ 55 plus fights career featherweight; to scam journalist & fans into thinking & buying this fight as a legitimate p4p status fight.

He wanted to get a named figther with p4p 2# status so he can say look i beat 2# who gave pacquiao so called 1# trouble & possibly beat him 2x, so i should be 1# now because i dominated him whereas pacquiao struggled.

truly fraudulent.

I never believed hatton should have got P4P no1 if he beat Pac and I don't believe Floyd should be No2 from beating JMM

I personally won't have Floyd top ten until he beats a WW.

That said Floyd has a better arguement than Hatton did based on the fact he was No1 before he left (even though that was 2 years back and frankly meaningless.)

The only positive thing about the RING rankings is maybe Mosley has a slightly better chance of getting a fight with Floyd now because he's ranked higher. Other than that, pfffff.
