How would Kirkland or Pwill style match up against Floyd's Defense?

I really think there are few boxers that can outbox Floyd. I think it would take the type of athletism and speed of a prime jones, sugar ray leonard or from that mold to throw the type of punches to get through his defense, but unfortunatley that type of fight isnt anywhere within Floyd's weight class.

With that said, after watching how Paul throw none stop until he was able to break through winky's shell defense had me thinking of this. Boxers don't keep throwing because after floyd blocks the first 1-5 punches, his opponents realise how tired they will get once doing this. With Paul williams, his non stop style will eventually allow him to break through his defense. I see Floyd being similar to winky by picking off a few but eventual getting busted up when he finally gets through

Kirkland, on the other hand, has a style that is similar to tyson and foreman in that they will land grazing blows until they eventually break through. With kirkland coming forward, does anyone see him just busting through until he gets a clean shot in. I don't see Paul or Kirkland getting hurt by floyd and I also don't see either getting tired by punching themselves out.

Just curious as to what others thought about these style matchups. FWIW I still think Floyd UD kirkland but his style could cause issues. Pwill on the other hand is Floyds worse nightmare, especially if someone teaches Paul how to fight like a tall fighter.

I think a Prime Mosley (1st De La Hoya fight) is the only one of this era around his weight class that could have done it.

He's the only guy powerful and fast enough with a boxing brain to do it, if you count Pernell Whittaker as from this era then I think he would have got it done too.

Kirkland is too slow, and IMO was all hype. P Will would wok Mayweather imo.

A prime Vernon Forrest would have given Mayweather fits as well at 147.

Kirkland would just keep getting tagged and tied up all night, but he just might be too big for Floyd to fight.

I don't know what to think with Williams.
