will jones hops be at cruiser

will it happen at cruiser since roy is fighting green first for a title at cruiser?
also i think the reason hopkins didnt really want the fight is because if he wins it still doesnt mean hes greater since roy is considered past it, but if roy wins it means he is definitly greater.
