That doesn’t make a difference. The U.K. boxing establishment will do what it needs to to bring a big fight to the U.K. that generates a lot of money. Boxing is the most crooked sport on the planet due to the “business” of boxing

No I'm not but it's good to see guys get opportunities in the sport when they've had ups an downs. Best fighting the best isn't reality in boxing right now which is a shame but thats just how it is so if a guy like ryder gets to get a crack at a big pay day because of that tho I'm not gonna complain about it cus it's not gonna change anything the politics in the sport run deep

Eddie Hearn knows the PBC has already reserved May 6th @ the MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas for Wilder- Ruiz so Canelo who's looking for tune up only option is go to the UK & fight the Parker-Ryder winner & that works out for boxing fans in the US, Canelo in the afternoon & Wilder-Ruiz @ night.

Ryder is a good journeyman but I don’t see how he exactly “deserves” a life-changing payday more than anyone else. He could have won against Smith, but that’s negated by the fact he could have lost to Jacobs. I think Ryder-Parker will be a snoozer that will cause a huge fan backlash against Canelo fighting either guy. Eubank Jr. Is too flaky - I don’t think Canelo will have the patience for going through the promotional nonsense that would come with hyping a UK fight with that cheeseball. In the end, Canelo will wait until September and do a lucrative fight against Usyk that takes everyone’s attention away from not fighting Benavidez, Bivol, etc.

If Ryder were to beat Parker in Zach's first real test then all that would prove is Zach wasn't as good as some , me included thought. Ryder as an opponent for Canelo is a complete joke. The only thing selling Ryder is his close fight with Smith and look at what Canelo did to Smith. I hope that Ryder gets a good few quid out of the game , which he deservers as he is a likeable guy who has been down on his luck for a long part of his career but win or lose if this idiot is going to do a world tour for Canelo then there are other fighters out there .Canelo seems to like the idea of fighting again at light heavyweight so Anthony Yarde would be a good shout and a brilliant match up for the fans BUT that is too competitive for Hearn and will NEVER happen.

On what ground does he warrant a fight with anyone of any note... you claimed Ryder doesn't deserve a fight with canelo for his Smith loss due to Smith being soundly beaten by Canelo, yet Yarde got ko'd by Kovalev who got stopped by Canelo... Yardes beaten absolutely no one, Least Ryder has a mutual opponent win with Jacobs.
