once again i call bull****. I read las vegas sun article where a boxing reporter i think it was jeff haney, did some digging & found out this so called mayweather promotions is not even licensed promoter in las vegas.

This is the same situation with rappers & their fake ass record companies, in reality they are carried by the main music label like def jam, rca, or whatever. they only let the rappers put their so so promotions on the album to feed their ego.

well Vargas cannot promote in Primm because he does not have a license to do so. Soooooooooooo he had a local Nevada promoter do the actual promoting of the event and Vargas leant his name and the name of his company to it
