I hope Tank doesn't fight Mares next. If Tanks going to fight a FeatherWeight, Gary Russel Jr. would be much better opposition. Probably wouldn't do bad in Baltimore either.

When's Davis going to fight an elite opponent?

I want the WBA to order Haney - Davis as part of their title reduction plan.

Haney is fighting Loma next 100%. That won't happen until at least Q2/23 (end of probably). Loma can win that fight, and either way it's going to be razor close. So close they'll rematch or Bob will make sure a rematch happens. If you got your wish it could easily turn into a timeline of Q3/24.

Floyd watched Tank quit in doghouse rules sparring against Haney. Depending on what happened, Floyd might never let that happen. Plebs say sparring doesn't mean anything, that's true in certain regards, but if you think that's an absolute, it's not - sparring matters.

I wouldn't hold my breath for Haney vs Tank anytime soon. The Mayweather Protection Program has specific criteria for getting a fight with Tank and being a wild card isn't one of them.
