Fighter criticises his promoter Eddie Hearn. Hearn is a disgrace

Felix Cash promoted by matchroom and Hearn has criticised him for not getting him the big fights. Hearn and not getting the big fights done is a match made in heaven.

Felix Cash tweeted: “Had enough of this **** Eddie Hearn, sort it out”

Hearn is the worst thing to happen to boxing, because he can’t get the big fights done himself, he now tries his best to stop the big fights from happening (Usyk vs fury).

Shouldn’t even be allowed to promote after the whole Benn debacle! Funny how hearns actions in all that has been completely swept under the rug!

Cash is a good fighter but doesn’t sell a ticket. Also did he pull out of a fight just recently on the day of the fight? So it’s not like he isn’t getting put on cards. His opponent will still have been paid something out of Matchroom’s pocket for it.

If he did sell tickets, Eddie would be getting him on more shows or rescheduling him quicker. But then it’s a catch 22 because if he was on more shows, he might get more exposure and maybe sell a few more tickets.

I still think fighters really need to self promote more, they have all the tools with social media but don’t really use it. You get a lot of fighters screaming about not getting opportunities but they bring in basically no revenue and don’t do anything to promote their name. If you’re a promoter and you have an undercard to fill and you have a good fighter like Cash who doesn’t bring in any money really, or you have a lesser fighter than him but brings 500 fans from his home town, then you know which one is getting the opportunity first.

I suspect Cash needs to “clean out his system” before fighting again.

Not many of Hearns fighters have anything bad to say about him to be fair. Cash took a year off due to personal reasons, had a fight earlier this year, was scheduled to fight a few months after but pulled out the day before due to sickness on the day, was scheduled on the Benn fight as a co-headliner then that whole fiasco caused that fight to fall through, so he's been unlucky. He basically needs his fight rescheduled.

And why does Hearn care about the undisputed fight? His goal is to get his fighter the fights. It'll be pretty silly if he waited around to see what Usyk does next when the mandatory has been called next. It's up to Usyk to file an exemption if wants the undisputed. It's not like Hearn will win the purse bid if it gets to that stage, he's 1-9 this year for winning purse bids.
