If Pac beats Cotto, he is P4P Number 1 without a doubt.

Mayweather looked good VS Marquez, but that Marquez would have lost to all the top 6/7 Welters in my opinion.

Floyd is the most gifted boxer. The most technical, but he hasn't fought the top welters. Hatton was not a great 147 fighter. Marquez was not either. It's a lot easier to show your skills off when someone doesn't hurt you or is the same size.

ATM I still have Pac at P4P number 1. The way he moved up has been astonishing. I doubt anyone would have thought that he would be where he is.

With Mayweather, we all know he's a great boxer, but he just doesn't get in with the very riskiest fights that he could have had. He's great at picking fighters like Baldomir who may be the lineal champ or whatever, but not the most dangerous. Margorito was more dangerous. That doesn't mean he wouldn't beat Marg because I think he could, but he just hasn't jumped in the ring with these guys to prove it.
