Everything else in this "sport" is scripted so you may be onto something there. It doesn't really matter though whether he writes his own questions, or just cherry picks only the questions to answer that he can spin into the answers he wants to give in order to promote the star fighters and so on. If he's not answering every question he gets, and if he's not answering them honestly, then what's the difference really whether he writes the questions or not. He selects the questions and he writes the answers, that's already enough to push narratives. But it definitely wouldn't surprise me at all.
