  • Please Stop Promoting Womens Boxing

Unless they start doing the same rounds as men, just like female fighters do in the UFC, trust me...NO ONE is remotely interested in watching them (except fake, virtue-signalling cucks).

So, please stop infesting cards with these BORING women fights. Drunk female fights outside my local look more professional.

I sporadically watch female boxing. So I’m admittedly no expert but what I have noticed is the standard generally isn’t good enough. There are some talented fighters, like Shields, Taylor, Marshall, Persoon etc but generally there’s less than 2 decent fighters in each division. Some of the champions are terrible. Even girls like Serrano, McCaskill who are supposedly “elite” are pretty poor from what I’ve seen.

They need less weight classes and certainly less titles. It will improve the depth of each division. I think UFC only has 3 divisions right? So UFC have 3 female champions. Boxing probably has 50+ supposed “champions”. It’s madness tbh. At most they should use the original 8 weight classes with one title per weight and maybe even change the limits if necessary.

I’d also get rid of the 10x2. 2 minute rounds are ******, they were ****** in Beijing in 2008 and they’re ****** now. I’d change it to 8x3. I think 3 minute rounds would lead to a lot more stoppages too.

Nah, I'll keep watching. Baumgardner-Meyer was a great fight, as was Shields-Taylor

Shields vs Taylor is a perfect example why I won't be watching Women's Boxing in the foreseeable future. That fight was passable as a watch if you had no other fights to watch and certainly could hold your interest, but the thing is.....it had all the makings and potential of being a "great" fight, but the two minute rounds killed all momentum.

I'm not saying women can't box. I'm saying they're so conscious of the time and amount of rounds, they don't really have enough time to set up their punches and counters, and that's why most women fights all look the same. Just two women frantically flailing their arms around to score as much points as possible. It looks like they're doing something....but they're not.

No and i don't. It's woke garbage that only exists because people think it's a measure of equality and progress. It's not.

I'm forced to pay for it, though, when it's included in a card. Also, the audience are forced to watch, too.

Watch a women's boxing fight in a PPV. The atmosphere comes to a grinding halt and the audience becomes less vocal. They can't even boo in case they're accused of sexism. They sort of just sit there like hostages.
