it is really possible thing.

imo, the left hand is key to beating that kind of shoulder roll defense. right hands go flying over the guys back usually, but the left hook can find openings and the jab can be quick enough to hit before the roll can take place.

right hands can land, but they would have to be in a chopping motion, to make it over the shoulder and follow the head's movement. youd have to be pretty close range too for it to work well.

If I was Cotto Id' hit him with a right hook to the shoulder followed by stiff jab with the left. It would be hard for Floyd to counter that.

You can throw a fake jab and turn it into a left hook. Mayweather is hard to hit with the right because he stands almost sideways.
