She would need power to knock her out. But getting hit by hundreds of blows to the head would result in swelling, bruising, and a trip to the hospital.

Every boxer goes to the hospital after a fight. Even Paulie Malgnaggi opponents. But I highly doubt Shields would do so much damage to McCaskill that she would end up sending her to the hospital for more than the routine checkup boxers go through.
