I would be a defensive genius too if I only threw one-punch at a time

F**k all this b.s about Floyd being this f**kin' defensive genius. Imagine guys, have y'all ever sparred and you focused more on defense than throwin' back, guess what, y'all probably picked off most of the punches if not all of 'em. It may have not been as pretty as Floyd's but you met the objective, which was not to get hit.

Here's an analogy, Dennis Rodman is considered one of the best defensive/rebounders b-ball players to ever play the game. And if I'm not mistaken, he probably had the highest average for RPG ever.

Well, guess what, D-Rod didn't have to worry about having to score, he had no scoring responsibility, do you really think D-Rod's rebounding averages would've stayed that high consistently had the team counted on him to score atleast 20pts. a game ?

Now,let me make this clear, D-Rod and Floyd were/are very good at what they do. Floyd is all that and maybe you can include that with a bag of chips as well.

If the sweet science is about hit w/o getting hit, well, I tell ya this right now, he doesn't do a helluva lot of hitting. I don't think Floyd is well-rounded at all. He only does one thing better than any other fighter on this earth, and that's duck!!

He must duck super-humanly then, since he seldom gets hit, if at all.

The game of the week is the niners and vikings. The niners look rejuvenated under coach mike singletary and the vikings have been on a tear as of late. This match will tell the story for both teams.

I wonder how a guy who throws one-punch at a time has managed to stay undefeated and outland his opponets by A LOT. He outlanded Marquez by 220.

Also, you ARE mistaken about Rodman. The highest RPG averages ever are Wilt and Russ with almost 23 a game. Rodman averages 13.

I think thats the dumbest thing i've ever read, what are you trying to say?

The guy is 40-0 and has whipped many great fighters, he isn't there by fluke.

Who? De La Joto, lmao. Please don't tell me Corrales, Castillo, Hernandez, should I even bring up Manfredy, lmao, Floyd's resume is not exactly a who's who of boxing greats, psst.

Seriously, there's only two fighters I think would pose a real threat to Floyd and that's PAC and P-Will(for the first time, Iwould have Floyd as an underdog if this fight were to take place)

Here is the thing. It depends on what the vikings do. Most teams like to stack 8 men in the box against gore and dare the 49ers to throw the ball. The thing is, even though hes not pretty, shawn hill constantly connects on his throws, his qb rating through the last 13 games hes started has been through the roof. If the 49ers can get to favre and force adrian peterson to beat them, the niners have a shot since there linebacking core led by patrick willis, parys harlson and manny lawson is fast on the outside edges and they dont miss many tackles.

Historically, favre has killed the 49ers, traditionally, hes constantly beaten us and its been frustrating. Regardless, its going to be a great matchup.

Gore and Peterson are funny because both of those guys were constantly injured in college, and now they are two fo the best in the entire league, while guys like Ronnie Brown, Cadilliac Williams, and Cedric Benson arent making the expected impact like those two are. Gore was taken in like the 3rd round.
