  • Comments Thread For: Oscar Rivas Says He was the Victim of Fraud, Expects to Return to Ring Feb. 25

Rivas was reportedly given a fraudulent belt in a fraudulently created division and now has to pay sanctioning fees to a Mexican cartel.

That was a bad situation that Rivas and his team went through.

Probably best also not to have this bridgerweight division. Usyk proved you can win heavyweight titles against someone bigger. Been happening throughout boxing history actually.

Literally on Boxingscene's front page today:

"According to published reports, which cite court papers, Gogic oversaw the logistics and coordinated with crew members, Colombian traffickers and European dockworkers."
