You underestimate Joshua and you're not looking at the big picture. While I'm sure Fury can beat AJ, it's still not an easy fight. Why take that fight and risk missing out on a unification bout, when he can take a stay busy fight with someone he knows he'll beat? Fury did after all want to fight Usyk next, but Oleksandr said he needs time to heal.
