Tommy hasn't fought a mid-level boxer yet either... what are you talking about? Tommy hasn't fought anyone, AND is begging to fight a youtuber, after already being given 2 chances to fight him.

Inaccurate, I don't even like Tommy, but the facts are the facts. He's had 8 professional fights against real life professional boxers. Paul hasn't fought a professional boxer yet. And of course Fury wants to fight Paul, its an easy money grab. I wouldn't doubt that they are both in on building the fight up, just for Fury to take a dive, which is the reason why it hasn't happened yet. More money for both is the end game.
