Could Lomo beat Shakur in any weight class?

I don’t think he would although it’s possible shakur Lomo at 122 or less might be the only chance he would have at beating him

They could never meet in the same weight class and it is an even match, Shakur is bigger, either Loma is bulked up or Shakur is drained.
