Loma should go to 130.

Hold up- no one forced Loma to fight at 135. Fans can only assess him based on how he fights. If he has a bad night, fans saying so isnt hate.
Question- what is wrong if a fan doesn’t like Loma?Comment

And even though he beat Linares, it was evident. He gets to pick his own weight class, so it's his choice if he wants to fight guys who are dropping 15 pounds to fit a weight class that where he cant even meet the weight.
I appreciate the spirit of challenge, and if he makes undisputed, great for him. But I dont peronally see the point of chasing it in LW.
What weight did Canelo come in at for the Bivol fight? Didnt he at least get to 175? Lots of fighters move up as they grow, whether its natural growth or gear they use, but its an oddity to fight above your weight everytime you fight. That would be like canelo staying at LHW even tho he couldnt weigh above 168.Comment

People are suggesting that him being too small for 135 is an “excuse” when in it’s simply a reality. He can still have success at 135 but it would be undoubtedly beneficial for him to go to 130 IMO.
The Loma hate is weird man, I think it’s a race thing tbh. Whether it’s black/white, west/east or whatever but there’s an awful lot of negativity whenever he fights.
In response to the question: Fans have the right to an opinion but I’d question the objectivity of them surrounding Loma, Canelo, Wilder and several other boxers who get a lot of unnecessary hate on boards like these.Comment
