I have no idea why Taylor is so vocal about having 3minute rounds given she gasses after 3x2 minute rounds every single time

Bad idea for 3 min, it’s all about safety, physiological differences dictate the rules , one example is skeletal difference around the neck muscles of males and females , another is dehydration differs between the sexes , these 2 min rds are there for a reason and these are just 2 reasons , there are many . Ask any expert in the field, mens boxing If memory serves changed from 15 to 12 rds in 1982 simply for safety so it’s not sexism it’s just a reality of physiological make up

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but Amanda Serrano's unification with unbeaten IBF featherweight champ, Sarah Mahfoud, got more buzz in the UK in spite the fact that it was chief support to two big goofs.

She is a media darling... the wholesome Irish lass, straight out of an irish Spring commercial... An inspiration to young girls! Unfortunately? She is got to be the most protected fighter in the whole of boxing these days. She just has to flick her golden lasso glove and it counts as a punch, and avoid getting her teeth punched in (thank God for 2 minute rounds ehhh katie?) which she practically did twice against a brawler and once against Amanda who had her A ss but for bad scoring and the end of the round.

her shots are garbage... Every time she makes any intimation it is counted as a punch. And she gets to fight against people like this opponent, who is slow and has no power (still caught her good a few times). As slow as this opponent is, she actually buzzed Katie a few times. Marshall would beat her like a mule. Nunes already beat her like a mule.
