After he beats crap out of Butler on 13th December in the last good fight of the year, he will become undisputed at BW. Then, he can move up to SBW and beat Fulton vs Akhmadaliev winner. If they doesn't fight each other, Inoue can beat them one by one. Never forget Fulton said that "a fight against Inoue would have been very painful". They all know they'll lose to Inoue.
But, I think Inoue shouldn't move up after SBW because he is natural FW and even SBW would be big for him. He is solid future ATG.
