depends on what weight. 147 i think Mayweather takes it. I dont think Williams is nearly as effective at 147 then he is at 154 or 160.

THat's what I was thinking, Williams takes this easily, because Floyd can't knock him out for sure, and he wont be able to dodge 110 punches a round for 12 rounds, Williams is a beast, too bad he can't draw flies to **** to save his life.

PW all day. people got to remember.... unless they are out of their weight class by two or three division or way past prime and old or a paper champ from the WBC that dont deserve the title because he got a lucky shot to fight for one so floyd can come along and take it....Floyd Mayweather wont fight them. Look at the long list of fighters he could have fought. Floyd is a could have fighter!

Floyd wins fairly easily. Williams cant handle lateral movement. Hes only effective against guys who stand right in front of him and allow him to outpunch them. Mayweather would dance around him and pot shot all night. Pauls defence aint that great esp to lead right hands which is Floyds favourite shot

I don't se the big case for Williams.He can't block punches other than his face,his big holes in his defence are in his sides where Floyd likes to attack and lateral movement just frustrates him.
But it would be interesting.
This won't happen though.Williams ain't making 147 anymore and Mayweather ain't going at 154.

The Punisher is a pure pressure fighter who is big!!floyd barely throws punches & floyd isn't dodging 100+ punches a round!!floyd will be overwhelmed & quit inside of 6!!The Punisher is unlike any lightweight floyd has fought!!
