getting beat up by a taking it easy zurdo was the reason the canelo fight was a lot easier for bivol. he knows that

Zurdo n Barrera are almost carbon copies of each other if you watch their fight, with age being a big difference. Watch how Bivol handled a fresher version of Barrera. Bivol will handle 44-0 too. Another fool, thinks b/c of his size he can just barrel forward on BivolLast edited by hhh1200; 10-24-2022, 05:11 AM.Comment

I feel like Ramirez is getting overconfident. He's saying Bivol is not his greatest challenge while he's literally never fought him so doesn't even know how it is to be in the ring with him. Secondly, he's also talking about future plans to move up in weight so he's overlooking Bivol. I like Zurdo. He's a good fighter and I like Bivol too. But Zurdo should be careful not to get ****y.Comment

I used to think Ramirez would have some chance.
More he talks that **** more I believe he will be taken to the school.

Maybe so, but I think that plays into Bivol's strengths. He doesn't duck or run when attacked .... he moves and counters, sometimes in devastating fashion. That said I think Ramirez is capable of winning this fight. He will need to be smart though. Constant aggression will probably set himself up. Bivol is a longtime champ for reasons.Zurdo is gonna go in Mexican style. He's gonna go right after Bivol looking to to hurt him. Is Bivol gonna try to go toe to toe with Zurdo? I doubt it. Bivol can try to run but he's not gonna be able to hide. Zurdo is gonna go in there like a mad dog after a bone. Bivol's not gonna be able to keep Zurdo off of him.
Still, this can be either guy's fight. I don't think Ramirez will be embarrassed unless he is too reckless. Some aggression and high-energy (skilled) attacking WILL serve him well. But it's not a guarantee for the win. If Ramirez comes in on fight night weighing 195 lbs and can still move and box Bivol may be in trouble.Last edited by MastaBlasta; 10-24-2022, 03:31 PM.Comment

dont really see bivol going onto having some p4p level type career, hes a decent fighter nothing more nothing less. him whooping canelo was more based on him just not buyng into the hype and being beaten before he had even got in the ring. some of them bums at 168 could have done a lot better against canelo with the right mentality but they all just looked like they were pleased to go a few round and lose. zurdo would hammer canelo so cant read too much into the bivol performance v caneloComment
