Plus Cotto has one loss which is real questionable....he beat some real legit welters and dominated pretty well at light welter so beating Pacquiao SHOULD put him infront of Floyd....would have to be Shane, Cotto, Mayweather...in that order...then depending on how Shane and Bhop fight next year...that could change it. Errrr It porved that DLH was a fat **** at MW, and could not fight there.

And in the circumstances as it is, Cotto was number 7 when he beat Clottet, so he shold had move to number 6 or 5, thats undinieable. Then JMM losing, Hopkins in active for a year, same with vazquez and Cotto beating Pacquaio, is how Cotto could become #1.
