Hey LAchargers373! One time I faced a fighter that beat me up black and blue. My face was completely swollen, eyes shut, bloody, after the fight I spent 10 days in the hospital, I was urinating blood, almost lost a kidney, had a bruised lung, point is I got a pretty good beating. that’s not the case on this fight tho. The media isn’t saying mayer won. And I’m sure in your fight you landed more punches than your opponent. Sure u can take more damage in a fight and still win but you have to win more rounds than your opponent. Mayer won 3 rounds 4 if u give her the evenly landed total punches round (where she was thoroughly outlanded in power punches). So meldrick I’m a big fan of yours sir but this fight isn’t the same as yours was. Only people clamouring for mayer are people who dislike baumgartners attitude feel the privileged mayer “deserved” a decision because they like her more on a personal level.

I don't, Mayer was speaking down to Alycia before the fight, like as if she shouldn't be in the same room with her or allowed to breathe the same air. Losing has a way of humbling people, even the most arrogant...I mean unless its Rolly.

Ok play games but you all know it's true. Rarely are people objective about a fight--they go with their own nationality, race, etc. Not all but most. Just like they say our judges in US are "impartial" but we all know it is BLSHT--they usually favor their own ideology/party. Claressa & Baum are insufferable braggarts--that's the truth.
