He may be boring to some people but he surely does not suck.
You gota respect his skills as a fighter.
It's a shame he's been cherry picking because he doesn't need to. There isn't anyone currently he won't beat - he doesn't make mistakes and doesn't take risks, another reason why people don't like him. But that's also why he's extremely unlikely to lose.
JMM wasn't just outweighed, he was outclassed in every department and would have been at any weight against Floyd, regardless of what his rabid fans will say.
The ones who say that are just pissed that he's better than their favorite fighter. It's that simple really. Floyd doesn't have the flaws that their favorites have. He brags about it and they get mad because they know they he's right.
It's ****** as hell to me, really. I simply don't understand how a true boxing fan could be anything less than a huge fan of this guy. He represents the highest level of boxing skill there is, the complete mastery of the sweet science. How some boxing "fans" could like Ricky Hatton more than him is a complete mystery to me.
Fight a god damn welterweight, how many ****ing times do we have to point to the god damn obvious? That is amazing floyd keeps looking great against small guys but looked like **** against a past it Oscar.
I think pretty much everyone respects his skill. But he doesn't take risks. He may have fought No.2 P4P in JJM but he definately wasn't the toughest fight out there. He claims to be the best but he needs to fight the top WW to prove it - thing is he probably would dominate all of them.
His personality doesn't help either so ppl target him because of this regardless of his skill.
