Imo in the division where "they hit like heavyweights but have speed on top of that" I would vote :

Deontay wilder
Davaryl Williamson
Chris Byrd
Roy Jones Jr
John Ruiz..

They could take their punch down with them for some exciting results, just a side note though except for Chris Byrd he a soft fist no doubt.
