Katsidis has a lot of guts and heart, but even at this stage of his career JMM should take him out.

As long as JMM's still got gas in the tank, he should murk Kat.

JMM has too much skill for Kat - he would just pick him off from the outside all night. I love Kat - great bloke, tonne of heart, but he just does't have the skill to beat a guy like Marquez unless he is totally done.
I agree... JMM does have way more skills. What i mean is If something is up or Jmm is spent for some reason and fights like he did or worst Kat will beat him. JMM has a lot of weight to take off to go down to 135. Up and down can affect the Man. If he has a lol punch output like he did no way he beats Kat.

Floyd may have ruined JMM mentally and physically.. Kats has a shot.. Plus when you move up, then back down, sometimes you arent the same fighter.. JMM being 36 doesnt help

Let me get this right ,if Marquez CHOOSES another fight Katsidis becomes a REAL WBA champion, not interimchamp(which he won against that guy on saturday night)without having to fight ANYONE.I know they were trying any way to get this kid a belt(fighting a 37 year old CASAMAYOR after he robbed SANTA-CRUZ)but getting a belt without having to fight PATHETIC really.I just read OSCARS best I ever fought .I was surprised he named GATTI as the hardest puncher he ever fought.I remember before the mayorga fight they asked Oscar who the hardest puncher he fought was and he said Gatti, but I didn't think it would hold up.

I like Katsidis, and I'm certain he would have won a few American fans on Saturday with his style.

Totally relentless, don't know how many more wars he has left but I would start him as slight favourite against Marquez, and a showdown with Hatton will retire Hatton for good.

The same Marquez who knocked out DIAZ ONE fight AGO.He may beat Hatton because Hatton can no longer take a punch but Katsidis doesn't exactly have Baldimir whiskers himself.Lets not forget what the LIGHT HITTING 37 YEAR OLD Casamayor did to KATSIDIS ,it WASN'T PRETTY.

Be careful what you wish for Katsidis, you might just get it.

Only way Marquez loses is if it turns out that the weight loss has affected him.

Kats is dangerous for Marquez. He's hard to knockout and punches well with both hands. It'll be a great fight that's for sure.
