Comments Thread For: Report: Conor Benn Being Investigated Over Claims of Second Test Failure

Let due process run its course. But if the man is found guilty of PED use -- especially multiple counts -- then he should be banned from the sport permanently. Boxing is too dangerous a sport to allow drug-fortified men to get in the ring with a clean fighter.

Are you trying to correct me newbie? Sure hope not; bc you are wasting both of our time, which equals money: that is if you don’t live in your Grandma’s basement son. You are excused this time son.

What’s troubling is the new claim against Benn from earlier this year is for the same clomifene drug, and yet nothing happened.
A longer suspension or more than four years for Benn (21-0, 14 KOs) would remove the possibility of him fighting Chris Eubank Jr, and would see him not return to the ring until he was in his early 30s.
This means Peddie HGHearn and Matchroid Boxing we're successful at covering up a failed test and must be held accountable.

You're essentially saying Jarrel miller and the likes shouldn't of faced any consequences because "VADA" caught him and others.
They're after all just a reporting agency essentially the commission is the one who enforces bans...
UKAD deals with every sport in the UK if they can't find a drug that's pretty much banned in every single sport then what are they doing as an organisation!? other than taking charitable donations...
I (incorrectly) thought with the test fail being vada it would be entirely up to bbbc to decide on the action. Someone else posted on another thread the regulations that show ukad still has input.
The more the merrier and I would like to see lengthy bans handed out to cheaters.
Thanks.
