He can't say that UKADs own site takes you directly to WADA when you click the prohibited list and clomifene is one of the few NAMED substances on the list under SERMS and Anti-estrogen drugs, so unless him and his team don't even look at "prohibited" lists at all, he knew what he was doing and damn the consequences.

UKAD being the apparent overarching "anti-doping" they should have EVERYTHING to do with this.

And the fact they don't should be alarming to the boxing world and any and all athletes who ever want to compete in the UK, in any and all sports...

You're essentially saying Jarrel miller and the likes shouldn't of faced any consequences because "VADA" caught him and others.

They're after all just a reporting agency essentially the commission is the one who enforces bans...

UKAD deals with every sport in the UK if they can't find a drug that's pretty much banned in every single sport then what are they doing as an organisation!? other than taking charitable donations...

id say almost nobody gets busted first time they use something, all dirty athletes have used it many times & would keep going as well and many still are i would say, just being more sensible about it possibly, no test all year round then plenty of opportunities to cheat

A cynical man might say they were planning to get him busted in the build up, if they all knew he was cheating. Maybe that's why Hearn wouldn't let him take the fight? Couldn't allow him to fight on a show he didn't have full control over. If he'd have pissed dirty on a Queensbury show Frank would have been on cloud 9. I think the issue with Ukad is their tests aren't random. If you know when they're coming you can time your cycles around their tests. I would assume the samples are tested at the same labs as the VADA samples and piss is piss. With Vada's "whereabouts" system they can turn up out of the blue, wherever you are in the world, and catch you out
