Not a Stevenson fan but I like that he is very focused on the job.

Floyd was very likable as a young fighter and he came from an established family of fighters, that's a huge group of fans passing it down - it was like my dad who saw his father and uncle had interest in seeing Floyd too. Roger was already a name in my household, he fought a lot of my dad favorites, I saw a couple of his fights when I was young, so he had respect and Floyd added to that.

SS doesn't have that benefit, but I think he is focused on having the Pretty Boy stage of Floyd's career where others have wanted to bypass and go straight to the Money part.

Yeah. The hypocrisy is incredible. Let's face it, Loma has the complexion for the rejection. Many American boxing fans are tribal and **** heads.

I get where u coming from, lomachenko is great & it was HBO that was building the GW-hopes, I specifically remember how upset fans were when these hopes got whooped. But for the most part, arum build fighters properly and imo, TR is second to none when it comes to building profiles. As a fan I appreciate how invested they get in the smaller divisions, this how they scout young talent, Stevenson perfect example, got him as a FW, now he’s moving up to lightweight and he’s won titles in 2 divisions already so definitely im interested in his career progression. But fighters habitually end up leaving when that affiliation negatively impacts their ability to secure fights that are publicly demanded. Fortunately for us fans that isn’t any time soon, TR has those divisions on lock!! , we can count Davis out indefinitely, his daddy haymon protecting him

I can agree with you about Floyd, I think he should have a loss, n he should have a DQ along with an official KD because Zab got him. It speaks volumes how dissected his career is that we’re only able to find a handful of punches landed cleanly on him, maidana landed the best imo in the rematch

He's a mandatory in two different sanctioning bodies for the belt, both the WBC and the WBO. You're clearly not a boxing fan but a fanboy, otherwise you would have known that already.

I actually have a life. I don't sit up and look at rankings all day. I'm not a Loma fan either so his career and what he does doesn't move me. It's not like mandatories matter anymore right
