Who broke the story on Benns test?

With the results being in promoters hands for over a week, I'm really curious who broke the story because it looks like it was going to get covered up if it wasn't released to the public.

Yea ok I haerd that, thanks for that bit. So like if they didn't post it, this fight might have gone on. I think Eddie Hearn and Kalle Sauerland need to be brought up on charges of corruption. This is an outrage!

I'm going to push this on Twitter, let's see if Eddie sues me for defamation.

yes the fight would have gone on if the rag didnt get the info, fat dan says the thing that actually pulled the event was dazn getting spooked by the big public backlash to the fight going ahead and pulled the plug

It was Eubank Sr. This is the real reason he didn't want the fight to happen, not because of the 3 lbs.

so Rais has history with eubank sr, probably called him up and asked him why he is boycotting the fight.
apparently eubank sr was sectioned....which means the son tried to shut the father up for his payday..and the father spilled the beans to the reporter.

honestly im listening to eddie's interview right now and one thing here he is right on..
vada is voluntary and it is at the discretion of the FIGHTERS, NOT THE BOARD OF CONTROL, whether or not to go through with the fight in such cases. There have been countrless examples of fights going ahead despite drug fails, for example i remember erik morales vs danny garcia. it was danny garcia who had the final call and that wasnt even through vada.

personally it was eubank i was feeling 'sorry' for (in relative terms) ie that he had lost a payday through no fault of his own. however if it's his dad who's the grass then at least he will understand the reason.

The reason I wanted fight to go ahead is because they reveal test results 2 days before fight? It's like someone's deliberately trying to push your buttons!
why pull rug under feet so close to fight why not 2 weeks earlier?
