I think he was released of his own volition but can return if he wants to. He wanted to see the fight. And now that the fight has been called off, I'm sure he's doing a lot better. I don't think he stayed very long.

Agreed. It is slimey and I hope more is done over the years to remove the incentive to violate a patient's privacy.

On Eubanks Sr., it isn't surprising. What's surprising is the lack of sympathy people have. He lost his son not long ago and was evidently worried about the wellbeing of Jr. A lot would crack under the stress.
