Right, because no one has ever said "no" to a fight, and then make the fight anyway.

Didn't Pac and Cotto say "no" to each other 150 god damn times before the fight was made official?

Same with Pac/Hatton.

it has.

"Cotto needs to get his PPVs up"
"I don't fight sparring partners"
"he has 5 losses".

btw, those guys didn't say "no" to eachother,

they had problems ironing out the specifics.
