Season 3 is well underway, with interviews with Matt Seawright, Daniel Thorpe, and Liam Wright, with plenty more to come

The Journeyman Cave podcast shines a spotlight on the unsung heroes of boxing. The road warriors who occupy the away corner week in, week out. Each episode we meet a different fighter with their own unique story to tell about a career in boxing.

If boxing was turned into a elite sport, or used a similar promotional model to other combat sports 'Journeymen fighters would not have a role'.

That is why? I have never criticized boxing for having multiple Championship organisations or a mass of promoters and networks.

Boxing is one of the last, if not the last blue collar working class sport. And I actually think that increases the participation levels and talent pool.

I know this is off topic, but the reason why fights boxing fans want to see sometimes don't happen 'Is not because of the promoters entirely, in this modern era? It can sometimes be down to the fighters' And not because they are afraid, but because they maybe have differing ambitions.

When two men want to fight, they will fight. But of course in this professional game, fighters sometimes have different ambitions.

The amateur level of boxing is the only level of the sport 'Were universally all fighters share the same goal, TO BE THE BEST'.

Within the professional levels of boxing, fighters do not share that universal ambition 'Every fighter is on a different journey, with their own ambitions'.

That is why I honestly valued the Olympic Gold medal in higher prestige that all individual professional world titles. The only professional title that revivals a Olympic title is the Undisputed World title etc.
