Crawford is supposed to be getting a percentage of the total revenue. In order to make sure he gets what he's supposed to get, he wants transparent books and to see where the money goes. Reasonable request if your compensation is a percentage of the event instead of just a flat-fee arrangement.

Or is he just supposed to trust that Al didnt cook the books?? lol

I can only imagine the posts here if Charlo or Spence were being asked to just blindly trust Arum or Hearn when it comes to accounting for the event revenue. LOL
The issue here is that every pbc fighter has the same level of transparency and wvery pbc fighter is happy with the arrangement.

In fact, pbc fighters always praise Al Haymon for setting them up well.

So if Crawford comes in and wants them to change their clearly working and clearly satisfactory business model for him, then isn't he the one being a diva and stalling the fight?

How can you blame pbc who have a proven track record and by fighters testimonies, have a near 100 percent satisfaction model, when Crawford comes in and tries to do his own thing?

Guy aint even a cash cow but trying to call shots on the entire pbc platform?

    Come on bruh.

    Stop defending this nonsense.

Should make an interesting fight with either!
Or do you all prefer no fights?
We prefer Boots and Ortiz. Those are way better fights.

Agreed. Thurman is a great fighter. If he's not shot, he can upset the apple cart, His talent and skill is easily on par with Crawford and Spence.

Yes but the boxing business side say Spence vs Thurman if the Duckford fight can't get made. that would pit Ortiz jr vs T. Duckford

            seems like a reasonable request.
No, B-Side wanted to approve expenses. F that.

              Same site you saw it.

Crawford and Al Haymon are beefing over some contract details regarding the net revenue and expenses. update - Calvin Watkins from Texas media tweeted out that the fight will be in January on showtime PPV and that Crawford wants his purse fully guaranteed.

Since Crawford (38-0, 29 KOs) will earn a percentage of the net revenue, he wants the ability to approve expenses, sources said.

They only have one common opponent and Spence stopped him much earlier than Ortiz did so again, how does Ortiz have more power?

PBC could just guarantee him a flat fee and this issue would go away. Crawford is NOT a pbc fighter, so he should be treated the same as any co-promotion would be treated. Do you think Hearn didnt see the books for Fury-Wilder? Do you think Arum didnt see the books for Floyd-Pac? cmon.....
