Brandon Figueroa will unfortunately receive a court date before his next fight date. The former junior featherweight titlist was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated over the weekend. Hidalgo County jail records show that Figueroa was arrested overnight on Sunday, October 2 in his Weslaco, Texas hometown, after a Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) test showed his level at 0.15%, nearly double above the 0.08% state limit.
