Canelo aint a 12 round fighter though. Even if he did miraculously lay a beating on Bivol for the first 5 or 6 rounds he'd be blowing out of his a$$ from round 7 onwards and its the same scenario all over again. I find it so amusing when Canelo's name gets mentioned in all time great discussions - since when did an ATG fighter posses such poor stamina or have no concept of pacing themselves in fights?

His stamina betrayed him in his last 2 fights...that's probably because he couldn't train properly considering he has a serious wrist injury that requires surgery. This is why Goldenboy wasn't letting him fight 4 times a year. Your body needs rest. Fighters go to Eddie Hearn because he waves stacks of his Daddy's cash in their face and let's them dictate their own careers...and this is the result of that. Injuries, sub par performances, and ultimately losses and time off for healing.

Don't make excuses for Canelo... He was THOROUGLY outclassed and the shots he did land had no effect. It had nothing to do with an injured hand. They could've fought 5 times and even with a perfect hand Canelo would've lost all 5 fights.

ggg looked real bad and is just content that he didn't get hurt. Look at his post-fight interview. He is washed up and showed up to get a canelo payday.
