Floyd already has my respect as a fighter.

As a person, I don't know if he'll ever get that.

He gets all the credit in the world from me. Floyd haters will never be satisfied, because there is hate in their blood. Can't get rid of that.

who needs to finally give Floyd credit? We know. He knows. That's enough. Floyd Mayweather Jr. doesn't owe anyone anything- lose the sense of entitlement.

But he will get my proper respect if he faces winner of Pac/Cotto and Mosley

For me he just has to beat one of the champs at welterweight to solidify his credentials there. But 130 and 135 he was incredible probably among the best and that's how and where I would rate him.

Who knows maybe he can pull a sugar ray leonard and beat someone the stature of Hagler in the future...to establish himself way up on the ATG.

His career isn't over. He's got time to climb that ladder.
