    Rocky Marciano 23 out of 43 - 53%
Shannon Briggs 23 out of 43%

    Samuel peter 10 out of 31 32%

    Mike Tyson 15 out 44 34% -- suprisingly weakish.
You can’t say surprising weak for Tyson if you aren’t using quality opponents ,which falls in that category of knockouts . Especially in the top 15 ,one can easily tally a false percentage.

I mean I hardly doubt anyone would call Foreman a light puncher percentage , I can’t remember him leaving high level opposition completely unconscious . Most top guys Tyson fought were never knocked out completely at least by head shots , he stopped a few that no one did .

Id say Marciano is higher because he had more rounds and far less concern for safety back then where they expected one guy to fall and not continue ,taking much more consecutive punches they don’t allow today appt least by most referees .

Any guy with one fight one KO has the highest KO percentage.
